2. Quotes and Proposals
All estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the estimate. Changes to project scope, timelines, or requested deliverables may require a revised estimate or additional fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide complete and accurate information.

Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.

Supply all necessary files, content, images, logos, branding assets, and approvals required for the project.

Ensure they own or have permission to use all materials they provide.

Review deliverables promptly.

Notify us of any requested revisions within the timeframe provided.
Delays caused by missing information, incomplete materials, or lack of communication may extend project timelines.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in your proposal or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed:

Deposits are required before work begins.

Remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule.

Final deliverables may be withheld until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional late fees where permitted by law.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services:

Deposits and retainers are non-refundable.

Payments for work already completed are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for completed work, approved deliverables, or services already rendered.
If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
6. Project Timelines
Estimated completion dates are provided as guidelines only.
Project timelines depend upon:

Circumstances outside our control
We are not responsible for delays resulting from client inactivity or third-party providers.
7. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated in your proposal, reasonable revisions are included.
Additional revisions, redesign requests, or changes outside the original project scope may incur additional fees.
Major changes requested after project approval may be treated as a new project.
8. Intellectual Property
All preliminary concepts, drafts, mockups, working files, and creative materials remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
The Company retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, marketing materials, and promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing or restricted by a confidentiality agreement.
9. Website Design Services
For website-related projects:
Clients are responsible for:

Purchasing and maintaining their domain name.

Purchasing and maintaining website hosting unless otherwise agreed.

Maintaining any required third-party subscriptions.
-
Renewing website platforms, plugins, themes, or software licenses after project completion unless ongoing maintenance services are purchased.
The Company is not responsible for downtime, software conflicts, third-party platform changes, hosting outages, security breaches caused by third-party systems, or client modifications made after project completion.
10. Website Maintenance
If ongoing website maintenance is purchased, services will be performed according to the maintenance agreement.
Maintenance services do not guarantee protection against:

Hacking

Malware
-
Hosting failures
-
Third-party software conflicts
-
Internet outages
Emergency work outside the maintenance agreement may be billed separately.
11. Branding & Marketing Services
Marketing strategies, branding recommendations, and design work are based on professional experience and industry best practices.
Because market conditions, customer behavior, advertising platforms, and search engine algorithms continually change, we cannot guarantee:

Social media growth

Advertising performance

Business profitability
Clients remain responsible for business decisions based on recommendations provided.
12. KDP Publishing Services
Our KDP publishing services are intended to assist clients with formatting, design, and publishing support.
Clients remain solely responsible for:

Manuscript accuracy

Copyright ownership
-
ISBN registration (if applicable)

Book pricing
-
Amazon account management
-
Publishing approvals
-
Marketing efforts
-
Compliance with Amazon KDP policies
We do not guarantee book sales, bestseller rankings, publishing approval, royalties, or commercial success.
13. Virtual Assistant Services
Virtual assistant services are provided based on the agreed scope of work.
We agree to perform services with reasonable care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
The client remains responsible for all business decisions, communications, legal compliance, financial records, and final approval of work performed.
14. Trip Planning & Travel Management
Our travel planning services include research, itinerary development, recommendations, and administrative assistance related to travel.
Unless expressly stated, we act as an independent planner or intermediary and are not the provider of transportation, lodging, excursions, cruises, travel insurance, or other travel products.
We are not responsible for:

Airline delays or cancellations

Natural disasters

Border restrictions

Government travel advisories

Visa or passport issues

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all trips (trip insurance is offered in all of our planning services).
15. Third-Party Services
Many projects rely upon third-party providers, including:

17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of data, or reputational harm.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

19. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, labor disputes, internet outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, supplier failures, or other unforeseen events.
20. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Upon termination:

Outstanding invoices become immediately due.

Work completed up to the termination date remains billable.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Any licensed or unfinished materials remain the property of the Company until payment obligations have been satisfied.
21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within North Carolina, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
22. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
